In life, we constantly test our limits.
At work, we have to be at our very best and go above and beyond to move on up the ladder despite the unwanted stress. Things are pretty much the same at home, we are faced with challenging decisions about family and relationships. Internally, we struggle with balance and finding our true purpose and happiness. So, what keeps us going? What makes us exceed our goals and overcome these challenges?
Our OWN brain power is what takes us to the next level and gives us the drive to surpass the challenges we face.

1. Determine your goals - Have them written out clearly so you have a direction and a place to start. 2. Think about a person who you would like to receive advice from - If you could talk to anyone in the world, past or present, who would it be? What would they have to say about the situation you are in right now? 3. Accept the challenge - Don’t just aim for your goal. Accept the challenge to surpass your goal.
We must keep learning to better ourselves and the world around us. You are the person that determines your future, so what will you make of it?
