About Dr. Bonds
Melissa Bonds, PhD serves as the primary consultant of JMJ Consulting. She has an extensive background in planning and managing cross-functional educational operations and multi-function projects. She is an analytical and a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with senior managers, organizational leaders as well as individuals to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations of new structures as well as new learning.
Melissa is an effective communicator with excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation strengths as well as the ability to lead, reach consensus, establish goals to attain results. She strategically asks and engages group or individual learners to want to make an impact for personal growth and development. She is particularly skilled at group facilitation and enjoys mentoring and coaching individuals with diverging ideas and opinions.
